Our essential swaddle is your go-to blanket. It's lighter than our signature Crochet Trim Blanket, but equally absorbent and crinkly. It's the blanket you'll always reach for to be cozy at home, or squeeze in the diaper bag on the go. 

Made with love from the softest four layers of organic cotton gauze, this is the cleanest and healthiest blanket for your baby's skin. The loose weave and its breathability allows the fabric to continue to crinkle and become softer with each wash and dry.

Care Guide

Machine wash cold, delicate cycle (low spin).
Tumble dry low, delicate cycle. We recommend using cold cycle since washing on hot and drying on hot will over-shrink the gauze. Do not bleach. Do not use fabric softener. We recommend using natural, gentle detergents as our fabric is minimally processed. Keep items away from velcro and zippers as they may pull on the weave.

All of our materials are 100% certified organic, many are GOTS or OEKO TEX certified, and we are committed to ethical labor practices. Our main fabric, the four layer gauze, is woven in India in a GOTS and Fair Trade certified mill. We choose to create consciously and make sure our products are crafted with excellent care, so that they stand the test of time.

Handmade

Knitting and hand-embroidery is a centuries-old art form... the techniques of our grandmothers. Unlike machine-sewn garments, the beauty of hand-knitting/embroidery lies in the imperfections, and the 100% uniqueness of each piece.  Please expect unique variations in the look, size, and placement of the embroidery due to the handmade nature of each item.
