Shipping policy

We ship using USPS and UPS for domestic orders. Non-personalized items ship within 2-3 business days; personalized items take 1-2 weeks before shipment. 

Kindly note: 

US Shipping : Once an item is shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Please make sure your order is shipping to a secure location, as we are unable to refund for packages lost or stolen in transit. 

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. 

Local delivery : We are happy to offer free local delivery to certain areas in Miami, FL. If your shipping address meets the local delivery criteria, then a Local Delivery option will appear in the checkout's shipping section.
