Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt of items, on non-personalized items only. Please note, because personalized items are embroidered to order, those items are final sale and cannot be refunded. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange for non-personalized items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@babyeleonore.com with your order number and reason for return and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. If approved then your refund will be processed, and a full credit (minus the cost of shipping) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Please note, costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customerWe are also unable to issue refunds for fragile items that are damaged in transit, so please make sure to pack items carefully to ensure they arrive back to us in good condition. 

Baby Eléonore reserves the right to deny credit if the returned items do not meet our Return Policy.

Damages and issues
In the event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will happily exchange it. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
