SHIPPING 

Each piece is handmade just for you. Non-personalized items ship within 48 hours; personalized items take 1-2 weeks before shipment. 

Kindly note: 

US Shipping : Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. 

Lost Packages : If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. 

Refund policy

We offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receipt, on non-personalized items only. Please note, due to the handmade nature of a customized order, personalized items are final sale and cannot be refunded. 

To complete your return:
1. Email hello@babyeleonore.com with your proof of purchase and order number. 
2. Your item must be unused. It must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your packing slip.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. If approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days. Please note, we don't cover shipping costs for return or exchange orders. Each return has a $5 restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund.

Baby Eléonore reserves the right to deny credit if the returned items do not meet our Return Policy.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@babyeleonore.com to start your exchange.
